We want you to love your purchase from Together Threaded! Please review our updated returns and
refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g., swimwear, intimates, beauty products).
• Final sale/clearance items are not eligible for return.
Refunds & Store Credit
• Refunds: Only issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Store Credit: For all other eligible returns, we will issue store credit to be used on a future purchase.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received
damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Process
1. Contact us at returns@togetherthreaded.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions.
3. Ship your item back to the address provided.
Processing Time
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
• Refunds (for damaged/incorrect items) are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Store credits are issued via email and can be used immediately.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please use your store credit or place a new order after your refund is approved.
Important Notes
• Together Threaded is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please use a trackable shipping method.
• Refunds/store credit will not be issued for packages refused at delivery.
• Multiple items from one order may be shipped separately depending on warehouse location.
